
Wanda’s Chicken
This is one of the best chicken recipes you will ever taste-one of our family favs!
⏲ Prep Time: 15 minutes (but marination takes 2 hours)
⏳ Cook Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, cut into pieces
- 1-2 sleeves of whole wheat crackers (or just regular Ritz)
- 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and marinate in vegetable oil and cut up garlic for at least thirty minutes. I usually do a couple of hours.
- Mix crushed crackers with parmesan cheese and grated cheddar cheese.
- Roll chicken in the cracker mixture.
- Place on cookie sheet but do not let pieces of chicken touch each other so they will cook evenly.
- Bake on 350 for 40 minutes. Be sure not to overcook b/c it gets dry.
