Parmesan Pork Chops

This is a simply delicious recipe that everyone will love!

Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup dried Italian style bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cups freshly grated Parmesan (the kind in the bag)
  • 4 boneless center cut chops
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl to blend. Place the bread crumbs in another bowl. Place the cheese in a third bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  3. First, coat the chops completely with the cheese, patting to adhere.
  4. Second, dip the chops into the eggs.
  5. Finally, coat completely with the bread crumbs, patting to adhere.
  6. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, in batches if necessary, and cook until golden brown and the center reaches 150 degrees, about 6 minutes per side.
