
Balsamic Pork Loin
This is a simple recipe to throw in the crockpot when life is busy!
⏲ Prep Time: 10 minutes
⏳ Cook Time: 6-8 hours
Ingredients
- 2-1 pound pork tenderloins (or one large pork loin)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 T honey
- 2 T reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 tsp canned garlic)
Directions:
- Spray crockpot with nonstick spray or use a crockpot liner.
- Lay pork into crock.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over pork.
- Cook on high 4 hours, or, preferably, 6-8 hours on low. It just fell apart when I took it out after 8 hours on low.
Serve With:
Green beans, Brown Rice or Quinoa
