Balsamic Pork Loin

Balsamic Pork Loin

This is a simple recipe to throw in the crockpot when life is busy!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 6-8 hours

Ingredients
  • 2-1 pound pork tenderloins (or one large pork loin)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 tsp canned garlic)
Directions:
  1. Spray crockpot with nonstick spray or use a crockpot liner.
  2. Lay pork into crock.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and pour over pork.
  4. Cook on high 4 hours, or, preferably, 6-8 hours on low. It just fell apart when I took it out after 8 hours on low.
Serve With:

Green beans, Brown Rice or Quinoa
