




Lennon Classes: Join me at my home studio in Lennon. There are three time slots available: 5:30-6:30 pm and 6:45-7:45 pm on Mondays; and 5:30 pm on Wednesdays. Each month is $45. All fitness levels are welcome. Options will be shown. The class consists of two halves-Cardio Countdown and Get Pumped (see descriptions below). Tuesday Classes: Join me on Tuesdays at the University of Michigan Flint Recreation Center for HIIT and Mobility. We meet from 6:00-7:00 pm in the UFit Room. Push yourself to the max for short bursts then recover and repeat to torch calories, burn fat and amp up your metabolism during and AFTER your workout! Modified to any fitness level, these intense bursts of work using HIIT training can help you get shredded in just 30 minutes! Following thirty minutes of HIIT is 30 minutes of Mobility. To keep training at your peak, you need to prioritize your recovery and mobility. Calm your mind, increase joint stability, and enhance your recovery with breathing, stretching, and mobility drills.
Thursday Classes: Join me on Thursdays at the University of Michigan Flint Recreation Center. for WARRIOR Revolution. Experience the ultimate expression of music and cycling! WARRIOR Revolution bridges the gap between party on a bike and terrain based rides. It is science based, yet sassy and sensational! Prominently featuring diverse playlists, intelligent programming, and dance undertones, WARRIOR Revolution is perfect for newbies and seasoned riders looking for an edgier experience. Your ride awaits! Join the revolution! We meet from 5:30-6:15 pm in the Fitness Room. We have a great group of students and staff that attend each week and would love for you to join us!

PiYo Live is a group fitness class that provides a full-body workout in three critical areas of fitness training, including strength training, flexibility, and low impact cardiovascular fitness. SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and body weight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels.
